    Definition.

    Goods inspection is the work of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the package sent by Mi Health & Beauty Distribution with the products in the customer's requested order.

    Regulations

    Goods inspection time.

    Mi Health & Beauty Distribution accepts customers to check with the delivery staff at the time of receiving the goods on the condition that the customer records a video of opening the package.

    After receiving the goods, if the customer checks and finds any errors, they can contact the customer service department for support in exchanging or returning the goods.

    Scope of goods inspection.

    Customers are allowed to count the actual quantity of products received, compare and contrast the products received with the products ordered on the order with the criteria: sample photos, product codes, sizes, colors, capacity, etc.

    According to the basic properties of the goods: product name, unit, quantity, product label is still sealed, product box is not dented.

    According to the model shown by the product's representative image saved when ordering.

    ** Absolutely do not peel or open product boxes with sealed stamps or guarantee stamps.

    Steps to handle when the goods received are not as ordered.

    In case the store packs the goods according to the order, but the customer changes their needs, the customer can request a return and apply the return policy.
